He may be the biggest baby at the hospital in Pittsburgh（匹兹堡）. Isaac Michael Hall came to the world Thursday morning. He is 13 pounds, 10 ounces.

New parents Michelle and Brad Hall say friends all thought that she was about to have twins, but it was just one big baby.

"He is 25 inches long," Michelle says.

Dr. Andrew Sword says that in his 30 years of being a doctor, "We never saw a baby of this size. And when I told all the doctors in the hospital, some doctors even date back to the early 1980s, and they said there wasn’t a baby on record like this size."

The couple says they don't know of any history of big babies in their family. Though Brad does stand 6 feet, 5 inches, so this may have something to do with it.
