A charity found the babies in the street. It often finds babies there. Animals often hurt the babies. Some of them are dead. It wants the babies to have a good home. It talks to new families many times. New mother Soraya Bilquis waited 17 years for her new baby. She said she was very happy, "because someone will grow up and call me mother."
