Running is good for our health. But running too much may be bad for us. It could make our life shorter. They said too much running can damage your heart. Runners can get heart disease. Runners can get heart disease as people without any exercise.
They looked at the health of 3,300 runners. Most of them ran over 30 kilometers(公里)a week. Marathon(马拉松)runners had hard parts in their hearts. A doctor started running in 1967, but now he is sad. He ran 60 kilometers every week. He thought his heart was strong. Now he has heart problems. He said we should exercise, but not too much.
