Physical exercise is very important for all of us. Many of us know the famous saying: “Life lies on exercise.” Exercise is everywhere in our life and we should do exercise every day. 

Why is exercise so important? Here are some reasons. 

Exercise is good for our health. The best way to lose weight is to do exercise. Also, when we are doing exercise, our heart is beating faster and our blood is flowing faster. In this way, exercise can protect us from heart attack.

A recent study shows that exercise can make us happier. It says that we may feel less worried after we take some exercise, because we will see the world as a little less threatening. That means we may feel the world safer.

In a world, exercise is helpful and important. And we need to keep exercising every day.
