Cancer is a serious problem in the United States, as it is actually the second-leading cause of death. Here are 4 ways that let you avoid the cancer.

1.Stop smoking or drinking

Smoking and drinking, can boost your chances of developing cancer. And yet, people still enjoy themselves in these activities,. They should be able to make that choice. Smoking is the leading cause of cancer . 

2.Pay attention to your food

In fact, a number of foods have been linked to cancer, including sugar. But the big thing you need to worry about is obesity. Cancer and obesity have a lot of links. Your best way to do is eating more plants. The more plants, the better. 

3.Know your body

You should know your family history of cancers. The best thing to do is to keep a close eye on your health. And if you feel something off, be sure to make an appointment and have it checked out. Be sure to talk to your family members as well.

4.Don’t expose yourself

When we say “don’t expose yourself,” we mean not to stay in the sun too long. Especially for beach lovers, one of the biggest known risks is  UV rays from the sun. So, if you spend a lot of time outside, cover up. Wear sunscreen.
