This news is about a penguin. He is from New Zealand. People find him on the sand by the sea. He is hungry. If people don’t help him, he will die. People take him to a zoo. Workers in the zoo look after him very careful. The penguin is OK now. The penguin was 3.3 kg when people found him. Every day, he eats 1.2 kg of fish. Now he is 5.5 kg. 

Penguins must change their feathers. First, they let the old feathers go. Then, new feathers can come out. They have no feathers for 2-3 weeks. This is a big problem for penguins. They cannot fish without feathers. They must eat a lot of food before their feathers go, or they will die without enough food.
