How old can a person be? 60? 80? Or even 100? Now let me introduce an very old lady to all of you.

Leandra Becer is a Mexican woman over 100 hundreds years old. She celebrated her 127th birthday. She is now the world’s oldest living person.

Becerra lives with her grandchildren’s families in Zapopan, western Mexico. All five of her children have passed away many years ago. Now, she can only “walk” by the wheelchair and sleeps for most of the day. However, her grandchildren are taking good care of her. Samuel Alveart, one of her grandchildren tells us that she is still very healthy. 

It’s said that Jeanne Louise Calment was the last oldest lady. She’s from France and lived for 122 years. She died on 12 July 1995.
