Do you have a good friend that has helped save your life? Well, I sure do! His name is Harley Davidson, and he is a pet dog. I named him after my mom’s old motorcycle(摩托车). Harley was only three months old when I first met him. He was a cute, playful little puppy then. But now Harley is my hero because he saved my life several times.

The first time was during an early morning. Harley slept on the warm carpet(地毯) while I slept in my bed. Before I went to bed, I took a candy into my room with me. It was the one I couldn’t have. Soon, I ate it. However, early the next morning, my throat became big, like a balloon(气球) filling with air.     

Harley jumped up from his carpet and ran up and down the hallway as fast as his feet could run. Harley ran into my parents’ room and barked(吠叫) loudly, trying to wake up my sleeping parents. My parents got up and Harley quickly led them into my room and my father called 999. Harley helped save my life. He has saved my life 3 more times since then and is always at my side.

Harley is seven years old now and he is very healthy. Harley is a friend to me in many ways. He is kind and helpful.
