Mr Smith is in a clothing shop. He is going to buy a coat. The shop-assistant isn’t there, so he is standing near the counter(柜台) and waiting for her. A young woman is standing near the counter, too. She looks at Mr Smith and says to him, “Excuse me.” Mr Smith asks, “Could you help me, please? I want a coat. ” The woman says, “I’m sorry. I can’t help you.” Then Mr Smith says, “You must help me. That’s your work.” The woman says kindly, “It’s not my work. I want a coat too. I’m a customer. I’m not a shop-assistant.”
