Receptionist (接待员): Is there anything I can do for you?

Shirley: Yes, my best friend is a little out of shape now. She wants to keep fit. And I come over here to ask for some information about the courses.

Receptionist: OK, madam. Don’t worry. Our club will solve all her problems.

Shirley: This is my first time here. Can you explain your services?

Shirley: And what about your after-sale service?

Shirley: That’s what I want. One more thing, can I quit the course once I’ve gotten started? I am not sure she has enough time.
