Two new giant pandas will go to the United States. They are Qing Bao and Bao Li. Qing Bao was born (出生) in September 2021 and Bao Li was born in August 2021. They will live in the Smithsonian’s National Zoo in Washington, DC. They are leaving China at the end of 2024.
On November 9, 2023, the pandas Tian Tian, Mei Xiang and Xiao Qi Ji came back from the US. They had lived in the Smithsonian’s National Zoo. Tian Tian is the father and Mei Xiang is the mother. Xiao Qi Ji is their baby.
