In Germany, some children, called “Roly Kids”, are learning to use wheelchairs (轮椅) at a skate park.
They learn skills like how to get up if they fall. A man named Matthias Wagner helps them. He uses a wheelchair too. He knows very well that it can be hard at first. He says that when people get their first wheelchair, they often feel confused. They do not know how to do many things. The Roly Kids meet every week to practice and have fun.
Matthias also tells parents not to worry too much. Children need to learn to do things without parents’ help. The children are learning to be strong and independent (独立的).
