高海拔，高成就：世界屋脊上的学校
It is 2024 now. Konchog Rapten is ten years old. He is in the fifth grade. His school is the highest school in the town. It is in Nyingchi in Xizang. It is about 4,000 meters above sea level (海平面).
There are 397 students in the school now. Most of them are from alpine pastoral regions (高寒牧区). Some students live more than 50 kilometers away. So most students choose to board.
The school has modern and smart equipment, indoor and outdoor basketball courts, two soccer fields, and heating.
To make it easier for students to travel to/from school, the school has a special plan. Students have ten days’ lessons and then enjoy a four-day break. Parents praised that a lot.
