小学教学楼更名，致敬学校看管人
It’s 2024 now. A Missouri school building changed its name. It’s called Claudene Wilson Learning Center now. Why did the school change its name? Because it wants to honor its school custodian (看管人). Her name is Claudene Wilson. She began to work in this school 30 years ago.
Wilson is a good custodian. These years, she also works as a handywoman (杂务工) and a bus driver. But her favorite job is taking care of the students.
“I’m not a hero,” Wilson said. “It’s an honor to work here. I just do it for the kids.”
