Su Shi, one of the greatest poets, lived during the Song dynasty (960-1279). Unlike most other poet of the time, Su wrote ____1____ (extensive) on food. He often wrote poems for his favorite dishes. Below are some of the dishes he enjoyed:
Dongpo Pork
