哪吒震海斗龙宫，逆鳞触天闯大祸
Long ago, there lived a famous general named Li Jing. One day, his wife gave birth to a strange meatball that rolled around the room. Thinking it was evil, Li Jing cut it open with his sword. To his surprise, a healthy baby boy popped out! At that moment, a kind immortal (神仙) appeared and said, “This child is special. Let me teach him magic.” He gave the baby two gifts: a magic bracelet called Qiankun Quan and a red silk named Huntian Ling. The boy was named Ne Zha.
By age seven, Ne Zha could control his magical tools. One hot day, he swam in the sea and waved Huntian Ling, causing huge waves that shook the Dragon King’s underwater palace. The Dragon King was furious and sent a sea monster to attack Ne Zha, but the boy quickly defeated it with his Qiankun Quan. The Dragon King then sent his third son, the Dragon Prince, with an army. Though Ne Zha tried to avoid fighting, the prince kept attacking. Finally, Ne Zha trapped the prince with his flaming Huntian Ling and struck him with the Qiankun Quan. The prince died and turned into a small dragon.
Ne Zha pulled out the dragon’s tendons (筋) to make a belt for his father. When the Dragon King discovered his son’s death, he stormed to Li Jing’s house in human form. “Your son killed my servant and my son!” he shouted. Li Jing couldn’t believe it until he found Ne Zha making the dragon tendon belt. Ne Zha explained, “They attacked me first. I only defended myself.” He returned the tendons, but the Dragon King, heartbroken, swore (发誓) to complain to the gods in heaven.
After failing to get justice from the Heavenly Court, the Dragon King brought the other three Dragon Kings to Chentang Guan to arrest Li Jing and his wife. Seeing his parents in danger, Ne Zha refused to let them suffer. To protect them, he bravely took his own life in front of the four Dragon Kings...
