有效饮茶小贴士(七选五)


Drinking tea offers numerous benefits. It refreshes the mind, clears heat within the human body and helps people lose weight. As you add a cup of tea to your daily routine, please check the following tips which help you gain the maximum health benefits.

1) Drink it hot. After pouring hot water over tea leaves, it oxidizes (氧化) quickly.    1    It is suggested that you drink it hot to get the best out of tea.
2)    2    It is likely to upset your stomach and make it difficult for you to sleep if you make the tea too strong. Usually you can mix 4 grams of tea leaves with 250ml of water to make a cup of tea. An overall amount of 12 - 15 grams of tea leaves is suitable for daily consumption.
3) The best time to drink is in between meals.    3     Otherwise it may weaken appetite when your stomach is empty, or cause difficulty in digesting when your stomach is full.
4) Do not drink with medicine. Tea contains a large amount of tannin (丹宁酸), which will react with certain elements in the medicine, thus reducing medical effects.    4   
5)    5    Green tea contains catechins (儿茶酸) that help prevent computer radiation and increase the moisture (水分) content of the human body.
