体操世界杯中国再添金

The 2025 FIG Artistic Gymnastics World Cup, organized by the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG), features six global stops from February to April. The schedule includes:

Cottbus, Germany: February 20–23

Baku, Azerbaijan: March 6–9

Antalya, Türkiye: March 20–23

Osijek, Croatia: April 10–13

Doha, Qatar: April 16–19

Cairo, Egypt: April 25–28

At the Antalya leg, China claimed two gold medals. Lan Xingyu, the 2021 World Champion on rings, delivered a flawless routine (Difficulty 5.8, Score 14.567) to secure his title. On the uneven bars, Yang Fanyuwei dominated both qualifications and finals with a score of 14.800. Notably, her original skill — a straight Yeager with a 360° twist — was officially named the “Yang Fanyuwei” (Difficulty G). Teammate Tian Zhuofan earned bronze (13.867) in the same event.

The season opener in Cottbus saw China win three golds. Zhang Yihan, 17, finally achieved her long-awaited goal: the “Zhang Yihan Leap” (a layout Tkachev with a 360° twist, Difficulty G) was officially recognized after technical delays. She also topped the floor exercise finals (13.433). Meanwhile, Zhou Yaqin dominated the balance beam (平衡木) with a 14.766 score despite a 0.1 time penalty, while debutant Zhang Kexin, 16, surprised audiences by winning gold on uneven bars and adding silver (beam) and bronze (floor) to her tally.

At the Baku World Cup, China’s young team secured three silvers and one bronze. Meng Zhiwei, 18, upgraded his rings routine (13.800) to claim silver, while veteran Huang Mingqi narrowly missed gold due to landing errors. Fifteen-year-old Chu Yiming impressed with a composed balance beam routine (13.266) and added a floor exercise bronze (12.766), marking her successful transition to senior competitions.

These achievements highlight China’s strategic focus on nurturing young talent and adapting to new rules. With athletes balancing difficulty upgrades and consistency, the team aims to build momentum for the 2025 World Championships.
