Some hair salons in China now use AI-powered machines to wash hair. These machines can wash hair in just 13 minutes!
The machines use special sensors (传感器) to check a person’s hair and scalp (头皮). They choose the right shampoo (洗发水) and way to wash for each person. There are different washing styles, like speed wash, normal, extra (额外的) time, or water shower. The machines work differently for people with long hair or short hair. At first, the service cost 9.9 yuan. Now, because many people want to try it, the price is 19 yuan.
But not everyone likes the service. Some people say the massage (按摩) is too painful. Others say the machine doesn’t clean well. One person wrote on Weibo: “It made my scalp hurt.” Another said: “It can’t wash the back of my head. I had to finish washing myself.”
Still, many people think these machines are fun and fast. They show how China is using new technology in everyday life. Maybe one day, robots will wash hair everywhere!
