变废为宝：中国年轻人的收藏浪漫
Many young people in China collect “trash” like milk tea cups and movie tickets. They reuse these things instead of throwing them away. For example, takeout bags become pencil cases, coffee sleeves (杯套) wrap books, and shoeboxes store things.
A student named Luo saves takeaway bags from drinks and meals. Some bags are used as gift wrap. Others are turned into crafts or trash bags. His room is full of them. Another student, Lu, keeps pretty packaging (外包装) because “they make her happy.” Some collect memories too. Hu keeps movie tickets and notes. “They’re like time machines,” she says.
