Diana bought an old farmhouse in California. She wanted a quiet life with her two pet cats at first. But she found many homeless cats living there too!
First, Diana saw three homeless cats. She gave them food and didn’t mind. Then five cats came. Still okay! But one day, a mama cat brought five kittens to her. Now Diana had too many cats!
She didn’t know how many cats came with her house. New cats keep coming! Diana wants to take them to the vet. The vet can help stop more kittens being born. But the vet visits cost money.
Diana asked for help online. She made a GoFundMe page called “Stray Cat Rescue”. People can give money for the vet visits. Her goal isn’t too big — just enough for the cats’ care.
After helping the cats, Diana will fix her house and travel.
