短跑“天才少女”陈妤颉
Chen Yujie is a 16-year-old girl from Zhejiang. She is a great sprinter (短跑运动员). At the 15th National Games, she won two gold medals — in the women’s 100m and 200m races.
In the 100m race, she ran 11.10 seconds. It was her personal best and a new Asian U20 record. She also became the youngest women’s 100m champion (冠军) in the Games’ history. In the 200m race, she won in 23.02 seconds.
Chen’s parents were both sprinters. She showed talent for running in Grade 5. She trains very hard and sees Su Bingtian as her idol. She wants to do better in future races.
