One day, while I was walking in my neighbourhood, I noticed a small lonely dog at the corner of a building. 1 I walked up to see what was wrong. He began to bark (吠) with fear. I looked at his eyes with kindness. Then I held out my hand slowly and touched him softly. 2 I found his front legs got hurt. I took the dog home and named him Kim. I looked after Kim for a month, and we became good friends. After work, I went back home. 3
