护心小能手!三种有益心脏的运动

The three sports are good for our heart.

1. Racket Sports

They include (包括) ping-pong and badminton. They make our heart strong. Do them 2-3 times a week.

2. Swimming

Swimming is good for us. It keeps our heart healthy. Swim 2-3 times a week.

3. Aerobic (有氧的) Sports

They include running and walking. They make our heart strong. Do them 5 times a week.
