霉豆腐能自制吗?


Fermented tofu (霉豆腐) is popular. It has white mold (霉菌) on it. Many people want to make it at home. Is it safe to make it?
The mold on it is good mold. It’s not the bad mold on bad food. This good mold can stop bad bacteria (细菌) growing.
Making it at home is hard. It needs the right temperature and salt. We can’t control these well at home. Bad bacteria may grow easily.
Making fermented tofu at home is not safe. It’s better to buy it from shops. Some people, like kids, should eat less of it.
