喝咖啡的小知识

Lots of people like drinking coffee. It can help them feel energetic (充满活力的). Coffee has some good points. It can help the body stay healthy.

But too much coffee is not good. If you add much sugar or cream (奶油) to it, it will be bad for your health. It can also make it difficult for you to sleep well.

How much coffee is healthy? For grown-ups, 3 to 4 cups a day is OK. But coffee is not good for kids. Kids should drink milk, water or juice. They are better for them.
