“电焊花木兰”：唐成凤的十八年坚守
Tang Chengfeng is a 39-year-old welder (焊工) from Sichuan, China. She has worked as a welder for 18 years.
Most welders are men, but she is good at her job and loves it. When she was young, she studied welding with 8 other girls and was the only one to get a welding job.
In 2007, Tang got a job in a big company. She worked hard, even when she got hurt. She practiced a lot and thought women could do the same as men.
After 18 years, she became a team leader and won many prizes. Her workmates call her “Welding Mulan”. Later, she became a trainer and helped other welders. She is a great woman to learn from.
