Young people are very busy every day. They have a fast life and a lot of pressure. How can they keep healthy?

An expert gives some good advice. First, keep a good and regular (有规律的) life. Second, sleep for at least (至少) six hours every night. Take a short rest at noon. Third, remember to eat breakfast. Eat more than two meals a day.

If you do these things, you will be healthy.
