从爱狗人士到爱猫达人

Many people like dogs more and call themselves “dog people”. Robert was one of them. He loved dogs very much and was not interested in cats at all.

One day, Robert saw a homeless cat. The cat was hungry and looked very poor. Robert felt sorry for it and decided to help. Soon, the cat stayed with him and became his new roommate.

Before living with the cat, Robert had many wrong ideas. He used to think a cat’s tongue would hurt people, a litter box was dirty and that cats were hard to look after. He thought cat owners’ homes smelled bad. He also thought dogs were more friendly than cats.

But all these ideas were wrong. Cat owners’ homes smelled bad just because they didn’t clean well. Cats are easy to take care of if people are careful. Robert’s cat was very lovely and liked to cuddle (依偎) him. Now, Robert loves his cat very much. He named it Pawl and shared its photo online.

This story tells us not to ___▲___, and love may come unexpectedly (意外地).
