百岁老人的健康长寿秘诀

Dottie Wilson is 103 years old. She still lives an active and busy life. She stays in a senior home and makes many friends there.

Dottie got married 75 years ago. Her husband passed away in 2017. They had four children and lived a happy life. Although she misses her husband, she still enjoys her life every day.

To stay healthy at 103, Dottie has her own ways. She keeps moving and takes care of herself every day. She doesn’t like to sit around all day. Instead, she goes to church, takes exercise, plays cards and joins many social activities.She also reads a lot and learns new things to keep her mind active. Playing games with friends is another joy in her life. She really loves staying with people, for she thinks everyone is nice and friendly.

As for food, she believes people can eat what they like. But they must eat vegetables, because they are good for their health. Her favorite food is seafood stew (炖菜).

The secret of her long life is not just good health. It lies in her good mood and active mind. She always stays positive and never complains. She thinks living happily is the most important thing.
