研究证实:晚餐尽量在这个点前吃完

Do you know when the best time for dinner is? Some studies say we should finish dinner before 5 p.m.

If you eat dinner early, your body works better. Your blood sugar levels will stay stable (稳定的) and your weight will stay healthy. Eating late is bad for your body. It may harm your stomach and heart, and weaken (削弱) your bones.

If you can’t eat before 5 p.m., finish dinner before 7 p.m. Also, don’t eat too much for dinner. Eat more vegetables and light food. Have an early and light dinner every day!
