• Choose food and prepare for food more carefully.
• Eat a good breakfast and choose healthy snacks(零食).
• Drink milk and enough water every day.
• Do more outdoor activities with over 60 minutes of physical activity every day; spend less time looking at screens.
• Check physical development regularly(定期) to keep the healthy weight growth.
Because of COVID-19, some schoolchildren take classes online and eat more meals at home. They may gain weight easily. So what should parents pay attention to? First, every parent should do their best to prepare three meals a day. It helps children develop a good eating habit. Second, since children spend much more time looking at screens when taking online classes, so be sure to give them more time for outdoor activities.
