一对夫妇邀请出租车司机看偶像的演唱会

Last weekend, Katie and Zack Watson went to see Garth Brooks in concert. They planned to watch the show with a friend, but their friend was under the weather and couldn’t go. “We had a third ticket because of our friend’s health problem. We tried to give it away, but we didn’t find the right person,” said Katie.

They took a taxi to the concert. Their driver was Vicky. On the way to the stadium, Vicky told the couple about how much she loved Garth Brooks. “I guess you’re heading to the Garth Brooks concert”, said Vicky. “I love Garth so much. Seeing one of his concerts is my dream.”

Zack and Katie looked at each other and smiled. “Would you like to go to the concert with us?” Katie asked. Vicky’s heart jumped and quickly agreed. The three new friends sat together for hours at the stadium—a memory all three will never forget. “We felt good to take Vicky to the concert”, said Katie. “It was the least we could do, and we believe it really made Vicky’s night.”

Vicky said she was lucky, and she’s reminded that there are good people in the world. “I still can’t believe I was inside the stadium,” she said. “I’m just a country girl at heart. A country girl that lived a dream.”
