A 4-year-old Michigan girl helped to save her pregnant mother Centerria Manning by calling 911 after her mother fell to the ground in the middle of a seizure.

Manning told ABC News that Calise remained completely calm throughout the ordeal and was able to give important details to the 911 operator including Manning's address, the color of their home and the fact that Manning was pregnant.

"She's shaking and she's having a baby," Calise told the 911 operator, according to WWMT-TV in Kalamazoo, Michigan. "My mom is really pregnant and she's having a boy and she really needs help."

Manning said she woke up before the ambulance arrived and her daughter was there to comfort her.

"She was standing over me," recalled Manning. " She was like 'OK Mommy, the ambulance is going to be here in a minute.'"

Manning said she had been practicing for this scenario since Calise was just 2 years old.

All that practice paid off on Wednesday when Calise not only calmly called 911 but opened the door for the paramedics. The girl never once cried according to her mother.

After arriving at the hospital, doctors decided to start labor to keep Manning and her son healthy. On Friday morning Manning gave birth to a healthy baby boy named TJ. Manning said Calise is overjoyed at being a big sister. "She doesn't want anyone to hold him but her," Manning said. "I'm the best big sister in the world.' She's loving it."
