Once there was a little girl called Sophie, and she was having tea with her mummy in the kitchen. Suddenly there was a ring on the door. Sophie opened the door and there was a big tiger. “Do you think I could have tea with you?” the tiger asked. Sophie said yes. So the tiger    ▲    the kitchen and sat down at the table.

The tiger ate all the sandwiches and he still looked hungry. Then he ate all the cake. He also drank all the milk and tea. There was nothing left on the table. Then he looked around the kitchen to see what else he could find. He ate all the food and drinks in the house. And he left!

Sophie’s mummy didn’t know what to do. She had nothing for supper. The tiger ate it all. So when Sophie’s daddy came home, the family went out in the dark...
