Doctors in the US worry about this year’s winter.

Many people are sick from RSV. RSV is dangerous(危险的) for small children. It is also dangerous for people over 65 years old. The symptoms are the same as the flu(流感). Children’s immunity(免疫力) is not so strong. They become ill easily. Many children and old people are already ill.

Many people are also sick from COVID-19. In the US, 260,000 people get ill every week. More than 2,500 people die from COVID-19 every week. The US asks people to get the booster vaccine(强化疫苗) to protect(保护) them. They must do it before the winter starts.
