These days, a duck becomes popular on the Internet. People call him Donald. Why does he become popular?

Because there was a red knife handle (柄) on the left side of his neck. But the knife didn’t affect(影响) his life. He could still swim and eat with other ducks. That surprised people and also made him popular.   

But people worried the knife could affect his life with time. They wanted to take it out. They sent him to the hospital. Doctors helped him take the red knife out. He is doing great now.
