It’s 2023 now. Nine years ago, Suzette Hall lost her dog. At that time, she started to help other pets in need.

Days ago, Suzette got a call. It was about a small dog. The dog was abandoned (遗弃) on a street. But Suzette was too far to help that day, so she called a friend to help.

When her friend Rosario Ortiz got there, she found the little puppy. There was water and food, but the dog didn’t take any. She was too scared to eat or drink.

Rosario took the dog to Suzette. They fed her some food and water. A few minutes later, she got better. She was so cute and sweet.

Rosario and Suzette named the dog Cici. They are trying their best to find a sweet new home for her.
