瘦弱老狗勇救兄弟！逃脱野狼

An old dog with only a few teeth saved the life of his fur brother in the neighborhood.

Vinny is an 11-year-old, 4.5kg dog. Harley is a 5kg dog. He is much younger than Vinny. According to the owners, Harley heard something in the backyard. He ran outside and saw two coyotes (丛林狼). He was afraid and shouted. They had a fight.

Upon hearing Harley shout, Vinny ran straight toward his little brother. He shouted and chased after the coyotes. The coyotes took off. Harley was taken to the hospital for several bites (咬伤). He ended up with 20 stitches (缝针) but made a full recovery.

“We are super careful dog parents,” owner Erin Macaluso said. “We have lived here for 30 years in the same house, we have always had small dogs, and we have had cameras most of the time. We have never seen a coyote in our backyard until that night.”

“Our little HERO (英雄) Vinny is 4.5kg, 11 years old, and only has 3 teeth! But he’s always been active,” she said. “Vinny was a dog we took back in 2014. Thank you for my little hero! I’m so proud of him.”
